桥梁在使用过程中,随着交通量的增大和超载车辆的行驶,在荷载反复作用下,桥面铺装层的板间铰缝遭到破坏,桥梁上部结构的横向连接被削弱,降低了整体承载力。桥面板间铰缝脱落严重,铰缝处存在渗水现象,桥面铺装(主要是行车道)有纵缝、沉陷、坑槽,重车通过时桥面板有明显的下挠。分析了这些病害形成的原因,提出了具体解决措施,同时,依据这些病害产生的原因,简要的介绍了施工工艺。
During the process of using the bridge, with the increase of traffic volume and the driving of overloaded vehicles, under the action of repeated load, the hinge between slabs of the deck pavement is damaged, the lateral connection of the superstructure of the bridge is weakened, reducing the overall Carrying capacity. The hinge joints between the deck slabs are seriously shedding, water seepage occurs in the hinge joints. Longitudinal slits, subsidences, pit grooves and deck slabs are observed in the deck pavement (mainly the traffic lane). The causes of the formation of these diseases are analyzed and specific solutions are put forward. At the same time, based on the causes of these diseases, the construction technology is briefly introduced.
