报道了一台激光二极管(LD)双端面抽运Nd:YVO4晶体腔内三倍频355 nm紫外激光器。采用La3Ga5SiO14(LGS)高重复频率电光调Q技术,U型平凹腔结构设计,在腔内用I类相位匹配的LiB3O5(LBO)晶体实现二倍频,Ⅱ类相位匹配的LBO晶体实现三倍频,获得了高效率、高峰值功率、高重复频率的355 nm紫外激光脉冲输出。在抽运功率20.4 W及电光调Q重复频率10 kHz的工作条件下,获得脉宽9.6 ns,平均输出功率1.29 W的紫外激光输出,光-光转换效率约为6.3%。
Reported a laser diode (LD) double-ended pumped Nd: YVO4 intracavity triplet 355 nm UV laser. Using La3Ga5SiO14 (LGS) high repetition rate electro-optic Q-switched technique and U-shaped plano-concave structure design, the LBO crystal with type I phase matching LiB3O5 (LBO) Frequency, get high efficiency, high peak power, high repetition rate 355 nm UV laser pulse output. Under the operating conditions of pumping power of 20.4 W and electro-optical Q-switching frequency of 10 kHz, UV laser output with 9.6 ns pulse width and average output power of 1.29 W was obtained, and the light-to-light conversion efficiency was about 6.3%.
