基于文献回顾,梳理中国文化语境下的企业外部关系相关概念内涵、企业外部关系的形成;从个体、组织、行业和社会4个层面概述企业外部关系的影响因素,并总结其对企业管理的积极和消极影响,构建一个包含前因变量、自变量、结果变量和调节变量的企业外部关系研究整体框架。此外,结合现有研究的不足,对未来研究给出建议和展望。
Based on the review of the literature, this paper analyzes the connotation of the external relations of enterprises in the context of Chinese culture and the formation of external relations between enterprises. It summarizes the influencing factors of external relations of enterprises from the four levels of individuals, organizations, industries and societies, Positive and negative effects, we construct an overall framework for the study of external relations of enterprises that contains antecedent variables, independent variables, result variables and regulatory variables. In addition, combined with the shortcomings of existing research, suggestions and prospects for future research are given.
