本文从网络业务管理的需要出发，提出了一种具有简单链路分配算法的多级无阻塞ＡＴＭ交换结构。文中给出了网络的无阻塞条件，无阻塞交换网的结构方法及实现原理。
Based on the need of network service management, this paper proposes a multi-level non-blocking ATM switch fabric with simple link assignment algorithm. The article gives the non-blocking conditions of the network, non-blocking switching network structure and implementation principles.
