湖南岳阳市政府为加快乡镇企业的发展,最近作出放宽政策的八条规定: 一.1987年从市财政拿出100万元作为乡镇企业贷款贴息(可解决1,250万元贷款),由市乡镇企业局掌握,用于乡镇企业的技术改造和新上项目。贷款指标由农行负责解决,贴息期限为一年。二.企业上交利润比例,一般控制在20％左右,最多不超过30％。统一由乡镇财政所负责收取,乡镇不得在此限额之外调用企业资金,否则,由财政部门扣减其相应数额的行政经费。管理费按企业销售收入1％提取,由乡镇企业办公室和财政所
In order to speed up the development of township and village enterprises, the Yueyang Municipal Government of Hunan Province recently made eight stipulations on relaxing its policies: 1.
