应用PCR技术和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直电泳技术对D12S375 位点分型,在贵阳地区106 位汉族个体中共检出6 个等位基因、18 种基因型,基因型频率分布符合Hardy - Weinberg 平衡( P>0-05) ,* 13 频率最高,为0-415 1 ;* 16 频率最低,为0-018 8 。观察杂合度0-70 ,个人识别机率0-89 ,非父排除率0-493 。表明该位点是一个较好的DNA遗传标记系统,在法医学亲子鉴定及个人识别中具有较高价值。
The genotypes of D12S375 were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Six alleles and 18 genotypes were detected in 106 Han individuals in Guiyang. The frequency distribution of genotypes was in accordance with Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium P> 0-05), * 13 the highest frequency, 0-415 1; * 16 the lowest frequency, 0-018 8. Observe heterozygosity 0-70, personal identification probability 0-89, non-parent exclusion rate 0-493. This indicates that this site is a better DNA genetic marker system and has higher value in forensic paternity testing and personal identification.
