一般气体钻井选择空气作为循环流体,但是在某些地质构造及大多数含有天然气的地层中,应用空气进行钻井、修井、完井时,易发生井下失火、爆炸等事故,造成较大的经济损失。因此在现有气体钻井设备基础上,大量实践证明,利用气基流体柴油机尾气和充气(柴油机尾气)及柴油机尾气泡沫流体的钻井工艺技术是能满足钻井修井作业的。选择柴油机尾气作为循环流体进行钻井的目的是避免井下着火、爆炸的发生。由于柴油机尾气钻井的成本低于氮气、天然气钻井的成本,因而在某些地区被得到了广泛利用。介绍了柴油机尾气钻井的工艺技术及其应用。
General gas drilling selects air as the circulating fluid, but in some geological formations and most of the formations containing natural gas, air drilling, workover, completion, prone to fire and explosion downhole accidents, resulting in greater economy loss. Therefore, based on existing gas drilling equipment, a great deal of practice has proved that the drilling technology using gas-based fluid diesel exhaust and aeration (diesel exhaust) and diesel tail gas foam fluid can meet the requirements of well drilling and workover. The purpose of choosing diesel exhaust gas as circulating fluid for drilling is to avoid underground fire and explosion. Diesel exhaust drilling has been widely used in some areas because of its cost lower than that of nitrogen and natural gas drilling. The technology of diesel tail gas drilling and its application are introduced.
