目的:调查了解海军飞行员抑郁状况及其影响因素。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对住院海军飞行员100例进行抑郁水平测评,并分析其影响因素。结果:本次共检出有抑郁症状29例,发生率29%。海军飞行员SDS总分为(46.2±14.2)分,显著高于中国成年常模的(41.9±10.6)分(P<0.05)。30~39岁组抑郁发生率显著或非常显著高于20~29岁组和≥40岁组(P<0.05,P<0.01),20~29岁组抑郁发生率显著高于≥40岁组(P<0.05)。飞行时间≥2000h组抑郁发生率非常显著低于0~999h组和1000~1999h组(P<0.01),0~999h组和1000~1999h组间抑郁发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。不同机种组间抑郁发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:海军飞行员存在一定程度的抑郁情绪,抑郁发生可能与飞行员年龄和飞行时间有关。
Objective: To investigate and understand the naval pilot’s depression and its influencing factors. Methods: Depression self-rating scale (SDS) was used to evaluate the depression level of 100 hospitalized naval pilots, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results: A total of 29 cases of depressive symptoms were detected, the incidence was 29%. The Navy pilot’s SDS score was (46.2 ± 14.2) points, significantly higher than that of the Chinese adult norm (41.9 ± 10.6) points (P <0.05). The incidence of depression in 30-39 years old group was significantly or very significantly higher than that in 20-29 years old group and ≥40 years old group (P <0.05, P <0.01), the incidence of depression in 20-29 years old group was significantly higher than that in ≥40 years old group P <0.05). The incidence of depression in flight time≥2000h was significantly lower than that in 0 ~ 999h and 1000 ~ 1999h groups (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in depression between 0 ~ 999h group and 1000 ~ 1999h group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of depression among different aircraft types (P> 0.05). Conclusions: Naval pilots have some degree of depression, and depression may be related to pilot age and flight time.
