我们在检验工作中做重金属限度检查的时候,有时会遇到一些困难。比方说:样品溶液的颜色太深,若照药典一般方法,加硫化钠或碱化氢时,看不出颜色的加深。又比方有些药品,尤其是无机盐类,本身溶液是无色的,或仅有一点点颜色,但在加硫化钠或硫化氢后,就和硫离子化合而生成很深的颜色或是很多的沉淀。以上这些情形,使我们无法进行比色,须设法把重金属或是把铅分离出来,再进行重金属或者单独铅的检查。
We sometimes encounter some difficulties when doing heavy metal inspection in our inspection work. For example: the color of the sample solution is too dark, if the general method according to Pharmacopoeia, plus sodium sulfide or hydrogenated, can not see the deepening of color. For another example, some drugs, especially inorganic salts, the solution itself is colorless, or only a little color, but after adding sodium sulfide or hydrogen sulfide, and sulfur ions combine to produce a deep color or a lot of precipitation. These circumstances make it impossible for us to perform colorimetric tasks. We must try to separate heavy metals or lead from heavy metals or lead alone.
