目的:探讨莪术醇提物乳膏防治银屑病的作用及其作用机理。方法:采用小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂模型和咪喹莫特致银屑病小鼠皮损模型,评价莪术醇提物乳膏防治银屑病的作用;应用普萘洛尔乳膏外涂豚鼠双耳,建立银屑病样豚鼠动物模型,通过观察莪术醇提物乳膏对银屑病样豚鼠耳廓组织中IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α的影响,以探讨其改善银屑病症状的作用机理。结果:莪术醇提物2.0原生药g/kg、1.0原生药g/kg乳膏能显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂,并能显著减轻咪喹莫特诱导的银屑病小鼠模型皮损;莪术醇提物2.0原生药g/kg、1.0原生药g/kg、0.5原生药g/kg乳膏能显著抑制普萘洛尔致豚鼠银屑病样耳廓组织中的IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α的升高。结论:莪术醇提物乳膏具有防治银屑病的作用,其作用机理可能与其调控组织中的IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect and the mechanism of Curcuma alcohol extract cream on prevention and treatment of psoriasis. Methods: Mouse vaginal epithelial cell mitosis model and imiquimod-induced psoriatic mouse skin lesions model to evaluate the effect of Curcuma alcohol extract cream on the prevention and treatment of psoriasis; application of propranolol cream coated guinea pig double Ear, the establishment of psoriasis-like guinea pig animal model, by observing Curcuma alcohol extract cream on the auricular tissue of psoriasis-like guinea pig IL-2, IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α, to explore its Mechanism of improving psoriasis symptoms. Results: Curcumin alcohol extract 2.0 g / kg, 1.0 g crude drug g / kg cream can significantly inhibit mouse vaginal epithelial cell mitosis, and can significantly reduce imiquimod induced psoriatic mouse skin lesions; Curcuma alcohol extract 2.0 native drug g / kg, 1.0 native drug g / kg, 0.5 native drug g / kg cream can significantly inhibit the propranolol induced guinea pig psoriasis-like auricle tissue IL-2, IL- 6, IFN-γ, TNF-α increased. Conclusion: Curcuma alcohol extract cream has the effect of preventing and treating psoriasis, its mechanism may be related to its regulation of IL-2, IL-6, IFN-γ, TNF-α.
