肝脏脂肪瘤罕见,国内文献仅报告5例。我院经超声和CT扫描发现3例。例1 女性,35岁。无临床症状。体检时超声检查发现肝右叶多发性肿块,肿块内部呈低回声区,分布均匀,边界规则、清楚,内无血管。CT扫描示:肝左右叶见多发性大小不等低密度块影,呈圆形,密度均匀,边界清楚,规则,大小约4.5×6.2×3.2cm,2.5×2.6×1.3cm,CT值 Liver lipoma is rare, the domestic literature only reported 5 cases. Three cases were found by ultrasound and CT scan in our hospital. Example 1 Female, 35 years old. No clinical symptoms. Medical examination ultrasound found that multiple lesions of the right lobe of the liver, the tumor was hypoechoic area, evenly distributed, the rules of the border, clear, without blood vessels. CT scan showed that the left and right lobes of the liver showed multiple low-density patches of varying sizes ranging from round, with uniform density and clear boundaries with a regular size of about 4.5 x 6.2 x 3.2 cm and 2.5 x 2.6 x 1.3 cm with CT values
