腺苷脱氨酶(adenosine deaminase,ADA)是一种嘌呤分解代谢酶,它分布于人体各部,然而在淋巴组织中其生理作用尤为重要。它在淋巴细胞中的含量比红细胞中高10倍,特别是在T-淋巴细胞中,其含量随细胞分化程度而不同。先天性ADA缺乏的病人可伴有免疫缺陷,这样的报道已有30例。而某些刺激细胞免疫的疾病,如伤寒、传染性单核细胞增多症、布氏杆菌病、地中海斑疹热,则血清中ADA活性增高。本文观察221例胸水及腹水病例,研究检测ADA活性的诊断价值,还进行了胸水淋巴细胞分类的研究。221例胸、腹腔积液分为6组:Ⅰ组,结核性48
Adenosine deaminase (ADA) is a purine catabolism enzyme that is distributed throughout the body, but its physiological role in lymphoid tissues is of particular importance. Its content in lymphocytes is 10 times higher than in erythrocytes, especially in T-lymphocytes, which varies depending on the degree of cell differentiation. Congenital ADA deficiency in patients with immunodeficiency may have been reported in 30 cases. Some diseases that stimulate cellular immunity, such as typhoid fever, infectious mononucleosis, brucellosis, and spot blotch in the Mediterranean, increase ADA activity in the serum. In this paper, 221 cases of pleural effusion and ascites were observed, the diagnostic value of detecting ADA activity was studied, and the classification of pleural fluid lymphocytes was also studied. 221 cases of chest, ascites were divided into 6 groups: Ⅰ group, tuberculous 48
