三硝基甲苯(TNT)为氧化性应激毒物。本研究试图通过测定染毒大鼠的血清粘蛋白含量,阐明TNT中毒的可能机理,寻找TNT早期接触指标。 材料与方法; 1.动物处理:雄性Wistar大鼠,体重140~180g。随机分成对照组、50mg/kg、100mg/kg和200mg/kgTNT染毒组,每组动物28只。TNT以2%淀粉混匀后灌胃,对照组以等量2%淀粉灌胃。每周染毒六天,共染毒八周。分别于染毒后的第二、四、六和八周处死动物。
Trinitrotoluene (TNT) is an oxidative stress poison. This study attempted to elucidate the possible mechanism of TNT poisoning by determining serum mucin levels in poisoned rats and to look for TNT early exposure indicators. Materials and methods; 1. Animal treatment: Male Wistar rats weighing 140-180g. They were randomly divided into control groups, 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg TNT-treated groups, with 28 animals in each group. TNT was intragastrically administered with 2% starch and the control group was intragastrically administered with 2% of the same amount of starch. Six days a week, the drug was poisoned for eight weeks. The animals were sacrificed at the second, fourth, sixth and eighth weeks after exposure.
