目的评价CR系统的工作原理、设备、成像特点及其在X线摄影实现数字化过程中的作用。方法对CR系统进行论证,并与DR等其它成像方式作出全面的比较。结果CR系统具有投资相对较少,能与旧有设备匹配,适用于多体位摄影,影像清晰,诊断信息丰富的特点。重要的是它使得X线摄影信息实现了数字化。结论CR系统是最适于我国目前状态下推广平片数字化的手段。为影像技术建立图像储存与传输系统以及远程医学系统(PACS)提供了物质保证。
Objective To evaluate the working principle, equipment and imaging features of CR system and its role in the digitization of X-ray photography. Methods to demonstrate the CR system, and with DR and other imaging methods to make a comprehensive comparison. Results The CR system has relatively less investment and can be matched with the old equipment. It is suitable for multi-body photography, clear images and rich diagnostic information. The important thing is that it digitizes the radiographic information. Conclusion CR system is the most suitable means to promote the digitalization of plain film in our country. Providing material assurance for the imaging technology to establish an image storage and delivery system and a telemedicine system (PACS).
