我们给侧柏播种苗用过磷酸钙作基肥,等幼苗出土后用氮和钾作追肥。用~(15)N及~(32)P示踪测定幼苗开始吸收N与P的时期。结果:(1)侧柏一年生播种苗,凡施N的处理苗木质量都有明显地提高;(2)磷对侧柏苗的作用次于氮,但磷、氮配合使用效果更好;(3)在本试验地培育侧柏播种苗,产合格苗210万株/ha,最佳施肥量每公顷N 150—200kg,P_2O_5 100—200kg。N与P的比例为N=3-2,P_2O_5=2-1,N+P=300—400kg;(4)侧柏苗在生侧根之前即能吸收P和N;(5)科学施肥使合格苗产量与经济效益都比对照提高81.3—99.7%。
We give Platycladus orientalis sowing superphosphate as basal fertilizer, and other seedlings after nitrogen and potassium for topdressing. The periods of N and P uptake by seedlings were measured by ~ (15) N and ~ (32) P tracing.
