目的:检验中文版音乐相关生活质量量表(music-related quality of life questionnaire, MuRQoL)的信度、效度,为评估我国人工耳蜗人群欣赏音乐的能力和需求提供简便的评价工具。方法:采用跨文化翻译法对英文版MuRQoL进行汉化。在160例成人人工耳蜗使用者检验中文版MuRQoL的信度和效度,其中78例在1个月后参与再次评估;信度检验采用内部一致性分析和重测信度分析,效度检验采用内容效度、结构效度及区分效度检验,88例正常听力者参与了区分效度验证。结果:(1)信度检验:两个部分的总平均分重测信度系数均大于0.7,总体而言两部分重测信度较好;内部一致性分析显示两部分总平均分及各维度均分的Cronbach α系数在0.80~0.97。(2)效度检验:4位专家参与条目及量表水平内容评议,内容效度指数均达1.0;Spearman相关分析显示各子部分内维度均分与总平均分之间相关性强(n r=0.861~0.966),且各维度均分与总平均分的相关性强于两个维度间的相关性,结构效度符合统计学指标;区分效度分析显示,音乐体验部分人工耳蜗组在总平均分及各维度得分均显著弱于正常听力组(n P0.05)。n 结论:中文版音乐相关生活质量量表基本满足信度、效度检验的心理学测量标准,可快速、简便地用于评估我国人工耳蜗人群欣赏音乐能力,了解音乐在其生活中所占比重。“,”Objective:To test the reliability and validity of Chinese version for music-related quality of life questionnaire (MuRQoL) and provide a simple evaluation tool for assessing the ability and demand to appreciate music in Chinese cochlear implant population.Methods:The cross-cultural translation method was adopted to translate the English version of MuRQoL.A total of 160 adult cochlear implant users participated in the reliability and validity test of the Chinese version of MuRQoL, and 78 of them participated in the reassessment one month later. Internal consistency analysis and retest reliability analysis were used for reliability test. Content validity, construct validity and discriminant validity test were used for validity test. Eighty-eight normal hearing patients participated in discriminant validity test.Results:(1)Reliability: the retest reliability of the two parts was generally satisfactory with coefficient exceeding 0.7. In the internal consistency analysis, the Cronbach α scores of allover and each dimension were 0.80-0.97. (2)Validity: four experts participated in the evaluation of content validity, and the CVI reached 1.0. Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a strong correlation between each dimension and the total score ( n r=0.861-0.966), and stronger than that between the two dimensions. Discriminant validity analysis showed that in the part of music experience, the total score and score of each dimension of the cochlear implant group were significantly lower than those of the normal hearing group (n P0.05).n Conclusion:Chinese version of MuRQoL basically conforms to the psychological measurement standard of reliability and validity test. The scale can be used to evaluate the ability to appreciate music in Chinese cochlear implant population and understand the proportion of music in their life quickly and simply.
