当前,我国人事档案管理还是运用传统的模式,这也越来越不能够适应我国社会主义市场经济的发展,以及我国人才流动速度加快的趋势。因此,为了加快推动我国人事档案管理模式的创新,本文结合我国人事档案管理具体情况,对我国人事档案管理过程中存在的具体问题进行分析,并且,提出了创新人事档案管理的相关策略,希望可以促进我国人事档案管理的进步和发展。
