目的利用地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)技术探讨2005—2012年云南省野生蕈中毒的地理分布特点,并分析与云南省野生蕈中毒有关的重要环境因素影响状况,为有效防控野生蕈中毒提供科学依据。方法收集2005—2012年云南省野生蕈中毒事件数据和有关的环境资料,运用MapInfo 7.8软件制作野生蕈中毒事件地理分布图,采用多因素线性回归分析法探讨野生蕈中毒发生与环境因素的关系。结果 2005—2012年云南省共报告野生蕈中毒事件187起,地理分布上有2个聚集区,分别位于滇东南文山州的广南县、文山市、砚山县、丘北县,以及滇西南普洱市的澜沧县、孟连县,临沧市的沧源县、凤庆县,西双版纳州的勐海县。年均气温、年均降水量与野生蕈中毒发生的高低存在一致性,纬度、农村居民年人均纯收入则存在反一致性。结论云南省野生蕈中毒具有明显的地域分布规律,相关部门应根据其发生的地理分布特点及相关影响因素,制定野生蕈中毒的防控措施。
Objective To explore the geographical distribution of wild mushroom poisoning in Yunnan Province from 2005 to 2012 using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology and to analyze the influence of the important environmental factors related to wild mushroom poisoning in Yunnan Province. In order to effectively control wild mushroom Poisoning provide a scientific basis. Methods The data of wild mushroom poisoning in Yunnan Province from 2005 to 2012 and the related environmental data were collected. The geographical distribution of wild mushroom poisoning events was generated by using MapInfo 7.8 software. The relationship between the occurrence of wild mushroom poisoning and environmental factors was explored by multivariate linear regression analysis. Results A total of 187 cases of wild mushroom poisoning were reported from 2005 to 2012 in Yunnan Province, and there were 2 agglomerations in geographical distribution. They were located in Guangnan, Wenshan, Yanshan, Qiu Bei, and W Yunnan in Wenshan Prefecture, Lancang County, Meng County, Cangyuan County, Lincang County, Fengqing County, Xishuangbanna Menghai County. The average annual temperature, average annual precipitation and the level of wild mushroom poisoning are consistent. Latitude and annual per capita net income of rural residents are in anti-consistency. Conclusion Wild mushroom poisoning in Yunnan Province has obvious geographical distribution, and relevant departments should formulate prevention and control measures of wild mushroom poisoning according to their geographical distribution and related influencing factors.
