This paper presents clinical observation on 30 cases with aphagia of pseudobul-bar palsy treated by acupuncture. As a result, 16 cases (53.33%) were cured, 12 (40%) markedlyimproved and 2 (6.67%) ineffective, after one course (7 days). And 27 cases (90%)
