开展农民创业培训,帮助农民掌握自主创业的技术和方法,转变观念、树立创业意识、提升创业能力,抵御各种风险,达到成功创业致富。通过“一人参训、全家创业、全村致富”的带动辐射作用,实现“以培训促创业,以创业带产业”的目标。基于此,就云南省农业广播电视学校玉溪市分校开展的农民创业培训取得的经验和培训效果作交流。 Carry out entrepreneurship training for peasants, help peasants grasp the techniques and methods of starting their own businesses, change their concepts, establish entrepreneurial awareness, enhance their entrepreneurial capabilities, resist various risks and achieve entrepreneurial prosperity.
