The current policy trend seems to indicate that the macro discussion on the direction and route can come to an end, and the medical reform has begun to enter a fine micro-operational stage. Within one month, the Ministry of Health announced five consecutive documents on urban community health work. In early August, the Ministry of Health announced the “Administrative Measures for Urban Community Health Service Organizations (Trial)” and the corresponding “Basic Standards for Urban Community Health Service Centers”.
