本文报告了99例女性血浆雌二醇水平、最大呼气流速(MEFR)和心电图(ECG)检查结果。老年妇女(60～85岁)血浆雌二醇水平和MEFR平均值显著低于中年妇女(46～59),而心电异常发生率高于后者。MEFR正常的老年妇女血浆雌二醇平均水平显著高于MEFR降低的老年妇女(P<0.05);而ECG正常的老年妇女雌二醇平均水平显著低于心电异常者(P<0.05)。
This article reports the plasma estradiol levels, maximum expiratory flow rate (MEFR) and electrocardiogram (ECG) findings in 99 women. The average plasma estradiol level and MEFR in elderly women (60-85 years) were significantly lower than those in middle-aged women (46-59), while the incidence of ECG abnormalities was higher than the latter. The mean level of plasma estradiol in elderly MEFR-normal women was significantly higher than that of MEFR-elderly women (P <0.05). However, the mean level of estradiol was significantly lower in elderly women with normal ECG than those with abnormal ECG (P <0.05).
