本研究利用RAPD技术对23株收集于不同国家和地区的有害疣泡霉(Mycogoneperniciosa)菌株和一株红丝菌疣也霉(M. rosae)菌株进行了遗传差异测定、12个引物扩增出105条痕迹产物,根据这些产物用UPGMA计算机程序分析了南株之间的亲缘关系。UPGMA分析结果表明上海、江苏叶菌株间的相似性大于90%;中国福建的菌株与所有的国外菌株之间的相似性大于70%;红丝菌疣孢霉归在上海、江苏这一组合.它们的相似性超过50%;而所有菌株间的相似性仅为40%。这意味着上海、江苏的有害疣孢霉菌株与其它地区的有害疣孢霉菌株可能存在着非常大的差异。
In this study, genetic diversity of 23 Mycogoneperniciosa strains and one strain of M. rosae collected in different countries and regions was determined by RAPD technique. Twelve primers were amplified According to these products, UPGMA computer program was used to analyze the relationship between southern strains. UPGMA analysis showed that the similarity between the isolates from Shanghai and Jiangsu was more than 90%. The similarity between Fujian strains in China and all foreign strains was more than 70%. The genus Clostridium difficile was in Shanghai and Jiangsu. Their similarity is over 50%; the similarity between all strains is only 40%. This means that there may be a very large difference between the strains of Mycosphaera tricolor in Shanghai and Jiangsu and those in other regions.
