我厂生产的蒸发器产品上,有一组焊的不锈钢轴,形位公差和粗糙度要求较高(见图1),此轴装配后需在真空容腔中转动,因此,密封性能和同轴度要求严。需有大型外圆磨床加工,而本厂却没有相应的加工设备。为解决加工中的实际困难,我们采用砂带磨削方法,解决了此轴的加工难题,使产品满足了设计要求。一、需用设备 CQ61100型普通车床;砂带磨头(DM32型——济南第二机床厂产);砂带475×40、100~#、200~#白刚玉砂带。二、磨削步骤 1.将轴用顶尖(床头和尾座)支撑到CQ
