采用1∶2配比病例对照研究方法,探讨饮食因素在成人脑瘤发病中的作用,共调查129例脑瘤患者和258例医院对照,计算比值比(OR)及OR的95%可信限和采用多因素条件Logistic回归模型进行统计分析,结果显示:喜吃腌制的咸鱼为脑瘤的危险因素,而新鲜的黄绿色蔬菜和水果,尤其是豆角、青椒、洋葱、菜花和柑桔对脑瘤有预防作用,维生素C在降低脑瘤的发病风险中起重要的作用。
A 1: 2 matched case-control study was conducted to investigate the role of dietary factors in the pathogenesis of adult brain tumors.
