采用核孔滤膜法对COPD患者稳定期、急性加重期及BipAp通气治疗前后的红细胞变形能力(RCD)进行了测定。结果发现COPD急性加重期红细胞滤过指数(IF)较稳定期明显增高(P<0.05),IF变化与PaO2呈高度负相关(r=-0.734),与PaCO2呈中度正相关(r=0.489),表明缺氧与红细胞变形能力的下降有非常密切的关系,与二氧化碳的潴留亦有一定的内在联系,给急性加重期病人采用BipAp鼻罩式机械通气,改善缺氧和二氧化碳潴留,同时测定红细胞变形能力,表明IF较通气治疗前下降,统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.05),说明红细胞变形能力的变化对COPD病情发展具有一定的影响
The nuclear membrane filtration method was used to determine the erythrocyte deformability (RCD) before and after COPD treatment in stable, acute exacerbation and BipAp ventilation.
