目的建立土壤中氯硝柳胺的超声萃取-高效液相色谱检测方法。方法土壤样品经风干研磨过筛后,称取10g加入90 m l甲醇超声萃取3次,应用高效液相色谱分离,紫外检测器检测氯硝柳胺含量。结果方法线性范围为1~100μg/m l,检出限为50μg/kg,相对标准偏差为4.6%(n=7),样品加标回收率为73.0%~77.4%,平均回收率为75.1%。结论应用超声萃取-高效液相色谱检测土壤中氯硝柳胺含量,操作简便,定量准确,仪器要求低,易于普及。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of niclosamide in soil by ultrasonication and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods After the soil samples were air-dried and sieved, 10 g of methanol was extracted with 90 ml of methanol and extracted by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The content of niclosamide was detected by ultraviolet detector. Results The linear range of the method was 1 ~ 100μg / ml with the detection limit of 50μg / kg and the relative standard deviation of 4.6% (n = 7). The spiked recoveries ranged from 73.0% to 77.4% with the average recoveries of 75.1%. Conclusion Ultrasound extraction - high performance liquid chromatography detection of niclosamide soil content, easy to operate, quantitative and accurate, low-demand equipment, easy to popularize.
