首先介绍了两电极结构表面介质阻挡放电激励器的基本构造和基本工作原理,然后测量了不同峰值电压下激励器所产生的离子风速.实验结果表明在一定的峰值电压范围内,离子风速随着施加的峰值电压的增加而增大,但当电压增加到一定幅值的时候,风速不会有明显的变化,这主要是因为增加的电压主要用于产生流光放电,而不是用来产生离子风.
Firstly, the basic structure and basic working principle of Dielectric Barrier Discharge Exciter with two-electrode structure surface are introduced, and then the ion wind speed generated by the exciter with different peak voltage is measured.The experimental results show that with a certain peak voltage range, However, when the voltage is increased to a certain amplitude, there is no obvious change of wind speed. This is mainly because the increased voltage is mainly used to generate streamer discharge instead of generating ion wind .
