对于海藻的研究多数集中在其抗微生物、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等作用。研究发现小球藻属Chlorella stigmatophora(CS)水提物具有抑制中枢神经系统(CNS)的活性,褐指藻属Phaeodactylum tricornutum(PT)水提物具有非选择性抑制CNS作用、对离体无血管平滑肌器官的解痉作用和对ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集的抑制作用。本次对海藻CS和PT水及甲醇提取物可能的抗炎、镇痛和自由基清除作用进行了研究。
Most researches on seaweeds have focused on its anti-microbial, anti-tumor and immune regulation effects. Studies have shown that Chlorella stigmatophora (CS) aqueous extract inhibits the activity of the central nervous system (CNS), and Phaeodactylum tricornutum (PT) aqueous extract non-selectively inhibits CNS, leaving no blood vessels in vitro. Antispasmodic effect of smooth muscle organs and inhibition of ADP-induced rat platelet aggregation. The possible anti-inflammatory, analgesic and free radical scavenging effects of seaweed CS and PT water and methanol extracts were studied.
