基于空隙率的水泥乳化沥青冷再生混合料配合比设计方法研究

通过研究JTG F41-2008《公路沥青路面再生技术规范》中提出的乳化沥青冷再生混合料配合比设计方法,针对其提出的二次击实的试件成型方法对于水泥乳化沥青冷再生混合料的不适用性,认为试件二次击实时间和击实次数的确定应基于混合料的空隙率。该文通过大量的室内试验,通过变换二次击实时间、击实次数和养生温度,应用混合料的空隙率,同时兼顾劈裂强度综合评价修正后的再生混合料的性能,采用L9(34)正交表在3因素3水平下进行正交试验设计。最后,依据试验结果给出修正后合理的试件二次击实时间、击实次数和混合料的空隙率。 Through the study of JTG F41-2008 “Asphalt Pavement Recycling Technical Code” proposed in the emulsion asphalt cold recycled mixture design method for its proposed secondary compaction specimen forming method for cement emulsion asphalt cold recycled mixture Inapplicability, that the second compaction time and compaction test pieces to determine the number of times should be based on the mixture of porosity.
