本文采用食管心房调搏法测定了窦房结恢复时间(SNRT);校正窦房结恢复时间(SNRTc)及窦房传导时间(SACT),并用阿托品、心得安双重阻滞植物神经后重新测定上述指标,发现窦房结受植物神经影响很大,尤其在窦房结功能障碍时,双重阻滞前后正常值 SNRT1450ms 与1280 ms;SNRTc520ms 与480ms;SACT180ms 与160ms。主张各项指标测定应常规在植物神经双重阻滞下进行,并结合固有心率(IHR)加以分析确定。另外,就一组非临床病窦的窦缓病例,采用此法检测后提出笔者的看法。
In this paper, we measured the time of sinus node recovery (SNRT), the correction of sinus node recovery time (SNRTc) and the time of sinoatrial conduction (SACT) using esophageal atrial pacing method. Indicators, found that the sinus node is greatly affected by autonomic nervous, especially in the sinus node dysfunction, double block before and after normal SNRT1450ms and 1280ms; SNRTc520ms and 480ms; SACT180ms and 160ms. Advocated the determination of various indicators should be routinely carried out in the autonomic nerve dual block, combined with intrinsic heart rate (IHR) to be analyzed to determine. In addition, a group of non-clinical sinus disease slow sinus cases, using this method after the test put forward the author’s opinion.
