I. Summary of Formative Assessment In 1967, M. Scriven first proposed the concept of “formative assessment”, that is, the process of formation of student knowledge, skills, and attitudes in education or teaching activities. In the evaluation of the changes in the educational objects or the implementation of the activities, “Bloom BS” thinks that the “formative evaluation” is to obtain feedback on the teaching in the teaching process, and to improve the teaching and students’ knowledge.
