Vegetation is an important part of the ecosystem. However, temperate secondary deciduous broad-leaved forests are a widely distributed type of vegetation. Studying them can obtain useful information about ecosystems. In recent years, plant ecology has emerged new trends in both theory and methodology. With the rapid development of science and technology, the qualitative description of plant communities can not meet the needs of the research. At present, people have turned to the quantitative analysis of population and the study of experimental community. In order to study the dynamics of the number of communities, sampling must be done within the survey area, so the issue of field work methods becomes very important.
