目的:研究MCI-154对失血性休克大鼠肝脏结构和超微结构的影响。方法:利用大鼠失血性休克模型,设立MCI一154治疗组和生理盐水对照组,观察大鼠肝脏结构和超微结构的改变。结果:对照组可见有较多的溶解性坏死灶,肝细胞胞浆疏松、肿胀,线粒体数量减少,基质密度增加、部分出现嵴消失,内质网显示扩张、颗粒明显减少;治疗组仅偶见有小灶性溶解性坏死,肝细胞线粒体肿胀,个别显示嵴模糊,基质密度增加,数量未见明显减少,内质网无明显度扩张。结论:MCI-154可以减轻失血性休克大鼠肝脏结构和超微结构的损害,对失血性休克大鼠肝细胞具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of MCI-154 on the liver structure and ultrastructure of hemorrhagic shock rats. Methods: The rat model of hemorrhagic shock was established. MCI-154 treatment group and saline control group were established to observe the change of liver structure and ultrastructure in rats. Results: In the control group, there were more soluble necrotic lesions. The cytoplasm of hepatocytes became loose and swollen, the number of mitochondria decreased, the density of matrix increased, the disappearance of cristae and the expansion of endoplasmic reticulum were observed. The treatment group was only occasionally seen There are focal necrosis, hepatocellular mitochondria swelling, individual showed cristae blurred matrix density increased, the number did not significantly reduce the endoplasmic reticulum no significant expansion. Conclusion: MCI-154 can reduce the damage of hepatic structure and ultrastructure in hemorrhagic shock rats and protect the hepatocytes of hemorrhagic shock rats.
