随着核心力量训练理论引入我国竞技体育的训练中,为我国大部分教练员所采用,并取得不错的成绩。但在武术的教学和训练中的应用相对较少,因此本文从核心力量训练的角度对武术竞技套路中的“旋空动作”的主要作用肌群做了相关研究。用科学合理地理论来指导完成武术套路动作肌肉力量的训练,增强对武术套路空中高难度动作训练的把控性。从而弥补核心力量训练应用在武术训练中的不足。
With the introduction of core strength training theory into the training of competitive sports in China, it has been adopted by most of China’s coaches and has achieved good results. However, there are relatively few applications in the teaching and training of Wushu. Therefore, this dissertation makes a research on the main role of the “swinging motion” in the Wushu competitive routines from the perspective of core strength training. With scientific and reasonable theory to guide the completion of the training of Wushu routine muscle strength training, enhance the martial arts routine air difficult movement training control. So as to make up for the lack of application of core strength training in Wushu training.
