目的:利用近红外漫反射光谱技术和偏最小二乘法测定醋延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量。方法:近红外漫反射光谱技术和偏最小二乘法。结果:所建立预测方程样品的预测值和真实值之间的决定系数为0.9512,该法的建立证明了近红外漫反射光谱技术应用于中药中化学成分的测定的可行性。结论:与其他测定方法相比,该法操作简单、速度快、效率高、无污染、费用低、无需复杂的前处理,可以直接对大量未知样品进行测定。
Objective: To determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis niloticus by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and partial least squares. Methods: Near Infrared Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy and Partial Least Squares. Results: The coefficient of determination between the predicted value and the true value of the established prediction equation was 0.9512. The establishment of this method proved the feasibility of applying near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy to the determination of chemical constituents in traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion: Compared with other methods, the method is simple, rapid, high efficiency, non-polluting, low cost and can be directly measured on a large number of unknown samples without complex pretreatment.
