工程成本管理是建筑施工企业项目施工管理的核心内容之一,项目效益的好坏,直接关系到的企业可持续发展。如果一个企业不重视成本管理,这个企业注定要被这个竞争激烈的市场所抛弃。而施工项目的成本管理是一个复杂而又系统的工程,只有对工程项目成本进行有效的组织、实施、控制、跟踪、分析和考核,才能创造效益,才能完成企业利润目标。本文结合工程项目的不同发展阶段,提出一些如何加强施工项目成本管理的意见和建议。
Project cost management is one of the core contents of project construction management in construction enterprises. The benefit of the project is directly related to the sustainable development of the enterprise. If a business does not value cost management, the business is doomed to be forsaken by this highly competitive market. The construction project cost management is a complex and systematic project, only the effective cost of the project organization, implementation, control, tracking, analysis and assessment in order to create benefits in order to achieve corporate profit targets. Based on the different development stages of the project, this paper put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the cost management of the construction project.
