July 24, 1943 to 25, is the birth of disposable interference devices (EEs). This night, 746 British aircraft dropped 92 million chaff in Hamburg, Germany, weighing more than 40 tons. It saturates and chaos enemy radar, successfully completing the air strike mission. Since then, the “fleeting” Meteor on the battlefield has played an increasingly irreplaceable role.
