本研究采用田间小区试验,研究了烤烟品种K326、云烟87在不同的施氮水平下对氯吸收利用的影响。研究结果表明,K326和云烟87两个烤烟品种烟叶中的氯离子含量均为下部叶>上部叶>中部叶;且烟叶中氯离子的含量随施氮水平增加而显著降低,与5 g.N/株处理相比,9 g.N/株处理时,K326品种上部叶、中部叶和下部叶中氯含量分别降低了27%、34%、40%,云烟87品种上部叶、中部叶和下部叶中氯含量分别降低了22%、41%、24%;品种、氮水平与品种的交互作用对烟叶中氯离子含量影响不显著。同时,施氮水平对不同烤烟品种的经济性状、烟叶中的化学成分有影响。在本研究中,相同试验条件下,氮水平是影响烟叶中氯含量的重要因素。
In this study, a field plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of tobacco varieties K326 and Yunyan87 on the uptake and utilization of chlorine at different N rates. The results showed that the content of chloride ion in leaves of both tobacco varieties K326 and Yunyan 87 were lower leaves> upper leaves> middle leaves; and the contents of chloride ion in tobacco leaf decreased significantly with the increase of nitrogen application rate. Compared with 5 g N / When treated with 9 gN / plant, the content of chlorine in upper leaves, middle leaves and lower leaves of K326 decreased by 27%, 34% and 40%, respectively. The contents of chlorine in upper leaves, middle leaves and lower leaves of Yunyan 87 Decreased by 22%, 41% and 24% respectively. The interaction of variety and nitrogen level had no significant effect on the chloride ion content in tobacco leaves. At the same time, the nitrogen application level affected the economic traits of different flue-cured tobacco varieties and the chemical composition of tobacco leaves. In this study, under the same experimental conditions, nitrogen level was an important factor affecting the chlorine content in tobacco leaves.
