本文简单地介绍了可靠性数据处理时常用的正态分布和威布尔分布以及考虑结构疲劳危险细节数影响的构件额定值系数R_0。通过100多个试件的静力和疲劳试验,分析计算出铝合金LY_(12)CZ的静力和疲劳寿命统计参量值,验证了R_0系数计算方法的正确性,同时给出了标准差随试件数变化的规律。其结果可供飞机结构耐久性和损伤容限设计及可靠性设计时参考使用。
This paper briefly introduces the normal distribution and Weibull distribution commonly used in reliability data processing and the component rating coefficient R_0 which is influenced by the detail number of structural fatigue hazard. The statistic parameters of static and fatigue life of LY_ (12) CZ aluminum alloy were analyzed and calculated through the static and fatigue tests of more than 100 specimens. The correctness of the calculation method of R_0 coefficient was verified. The standard deviation Variation of the number of specimens. The results are available for reference to aircraft structure durability and damage tolerance design and reliability design.
