一、甘孜州中等专业教育在发展中,从宏观到微观的角度分析都存在着一些急待解决的问题。1、结构不合理,规模效益差。全州仅87万人口,就有9所中专校,平均不足10万人就有一所中专学校。中专学校总体数量过多,因而校均规模过小,九所学校平均师生比才1∶89,职工与学生的比例才1∶5.74。学院整体效益差。中专教育结构不合理的另一种情况就是专业设置重复和盲目设置专业。近几年来,9所学校开设过的专业共48个,现设专业22个。其中设有会计、统计及经济管理类专业的学校4所,设有计算机应用专业的学校5所,有自勺学校专业设置极不稳,几乎是每两三
