【目的】探讨白介素-1β(IL-1β) rs16944基因多态性与2型糖尿病(T2DM )的关系。【方法】利用提取基因组DNA及Mass ARRAY 分子量阵列技术对健康对照组人群366人及T2DM患者583例进行基因多态性分析。【结果】IL-1βrs16944基因 AA、AG、GG三种基因型在健康对照组中分布频率分别为22.40%、50.00%、27.60%,在T2DM组中分布频率分别为20.58%、50.09%、29.33%,等位基因 A在健康对照组及T2DM组中分布频率分别为47.40%及45.63%,等位基因G在两组中分布频率分别为52.60%及54.37%,两组各基因型及等位基因型分布相比较无显著性差异( P >0.05)。【结论】IL-1β rs16944基因其多态性可能与辽宁地区T2DM 无关。“,”[Objective] To explore the correlation between interleukin-1β(IL-1β) rs16944 gene polymor-phism and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM ) .[Methods] The extraction genomic DNA and MassARRAY mole-cule weight array were used to analyze the gene polymorphism of IL-1βin healthy control group(n=366) and 583 T2DM patients .[Results]The distribution frequencies of 3 genotypes AA ,AG and GG of IL-1βin healthy control group were 22 .40% ,50 .00% and 27 .60% respectively ,while those inT2DM group were 20 .58% , 50 .09% and 29 .33% , respectively . The distribution frequencies of allele A in healthy control group and T2DM group were 47 .40% and 45 .63% ,respectively .The distribution frequencies of allele G in healthy con-trol group and T2DM group were 52 .60% and 54 .37% ,respectively .There was no significant difference in each genotype and allele genotype between two groups ( P>0 .05) .[Conclusion]IL-1βrs16944 gene polymor-phism is probably independent of T2DM in Liaoning province .
