目前,有很多关于用脂肪酸C_7—C_9餾份作萃取剂,以萃取淨化含鎳鈷溶液的报道。随着化学工业的发展,在合成脂肪酸的生产过程中,产出C_7—C_9餾份的脂肪酸。它是生产过程中的副产品,产量較大,价格便宜,給湿法冶金过程中大量使用提供了有利条件。同时,C_7—C_9脂肪酸在常溫下的粘度較小,使萃取作业可在常溫下进行。因此,在湿法冶金中大力使用脂肪酸作萃取剂是大有前途的。
At present, there are many reports about the use of fatty acid C_7-C_9 fraction as extractant to extract and purify nickel-cobalt-containing solution. With the development of the chemical industry, C_7-C_9 fractions of fatty acids are produced during the production of synthetic fatty acids. It is a byproduct of the production process, the output is large, the price is cheap, which provides favorable conditions for the extensive use in the hydrometallurgy process. At the same time, C_7-C_9 fatty acid viscosity at room temperature is small, so that extraction operations can be carried out at room temperature. Therefore, the strong use of fatty acids as extractants in hydrometallurgy is promising.
