随着印刷业国内外竞争碰撞加剧,企业获利空间越来越小,为了能够保证企业持久的发展,必须对企业中的各类成本进行控制,以提高企业的核心竞争力。因此,笔者结合了公司内部一些实践,探讨了如何做好印刷企业成本控制的经验,包括生产成本控制、采购成本控制、质量成本控制;设备技术成本控制、服务成本控制5个方面,以期为同行参考。
As the printing industry competition intensified both at home and abroad, corporate profit margins become smaller and smaller, in order to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises, all kinds of costs must be controlled in the enterprise in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, the author combines some of the company’s internal practices, discusses how to do a good job printing business cost control experience, including production cost control, procurement cost control, quality cost control; equipment technology cost control, service cost control in five areas, with a view to their peers reference.
