十年课改的探索,我的体育教学价值观渐渐清晰起来:体育给身体以活力,给智慧以生长,给心灵以阳光,给精神以力量。为实现体育的育人价值,我坚持“体育始于技能发展,成于生命成长”的教学主张,从“小学体育主题单元教学设计的研究”起步,整体化地设计体育主题单元,积极实施“尊重生命、开放生成、主动发展”的体育教学,让每一节课都是新的,让每一节课都在唤醒,让每一节课都充满互动探究,让每一节课都充满学生积极主动的体验和表达。
