近年来血管内超声成像技术发展极为迅速,为了更大限度地挖掘血管内超声图象的有用信息,本文应用计算机图形学和图象处理技术对腔内超声图象做了进一步处理。这里,首先讨论血管壁边缘检测方法,在此基础上测量血管内径,壁厚,血管横截面积及周长,探讨了动脉压力与这些参数的关系,最后实现了血管图象三维重建,给出了血管的三维立体视图,为了便于全面地观察血管,设置了旋转、扩放、伸缩等功能。
In recent years, the development of intravascular ultrasound imaging technology is extremely rapid. In order to excavate the useful information of intravascular ultrasound images to a greater extent, we use computer graphics and image processing techniques to further process the intracavitary ultrasound images. Here, the method of detecting the edge of the blood vessel wall is first discussed. On the basis of that, the inner diameter of the blood vessel, the thickness of the blood vessel, the cross-sectional area of the blood vessel and the circumference of the blood vessel are measured and the relationship between the arterial pressure and these parameters is discussed. The three-dimensional view of the blood vessels, in order to facilitate the full observation of blood vessels, set the rotation, expansion, stretching and other functions.
