Aristolochia fragrans is the dry root of Aristolochia vineley. This article mainly observed the relationship between kidney damage caused by Aoki fragrance decoction and dose. SD rats were randomly divided into high, medium, low dose group and normal control group 4 groups, respectively, blood collection, retention of urine, renal function testing and urine specific gravity and urine NAG quantitative detection. It was found that high and medium doses of Aoki perfume decoction can cause kidney damage in rats, while low-dose short-term application has no obvious adverse effects on rat kidney. Aristolochic acid is the main toxic component of Aikomaki-induced kidney damage.
