本案是一起本辖区内有较大社会影响的案件,证据众多、涉及罪名存在交叉,被害人未满三岁,多名犯罪嫌疑人供述前后矛盾甚至翻供。我科采用“1+N”的承办模式,成立了专案组,在审查案件过程中,查微析疑固证据,准确定罪促公正;分工协作形合力,快审快结提效率;庭前协调畅沟通,灵活讯问保效果,最终,法院支持了我院起诉的全部罪名。 This case is a case of a larger social impact within its jurisdiction. There are numerous evidences covering many crimes involving crossings. Victims are under the age of three and many suspects even contradict their confessions. Our department adopted the “1 + N” contracting mode to set up a special task force. During the process of examining the case, we investigated the suspicion of evidence and accurately condemned it for fairness. Coordination of smooth communication, flexible interrogation guarantee results, eventually, the court supported all the charges charged in our hospital.
