本文提出了适合百色油田的油井水泥降失水体系:0.6%—1.2%S27+0.2%—0.4%FCLS+0.1%—0.3%Na_2CO_3(KCl)+0.2%—0.4%SS51。在实验室综合评价了用该体系处理的水泥浆性能。该体系能将水泥浆的API失水量控制在148ml以下并使水泥浆的流变性得到改善。1992年使用该体系施工23口井,固井合格率100%,优质率87%。
In this paper, the oil well cement loss water loss system suitable for Baise oilfield is proposed: 0.6% -1.2% S27 + 0.2% -0.4% FCLS + 0.1% -0.3% Na_2CO_3 (KCl) + 0.2% -0.4% SS51. The performance of the slurry treated with this system was evaluated comprehensively in the laboratory. The system can control the loss of API slurry in the slurry below 148ml and improve the rheological properties of the slurry. In 1992, the system was used to construct 23 wells with cementing pass rate of 100% and high quality rate of 87%.
