目的:建立面制品中痕量溴酸盐的淋洗液在线发生离子色谱测定方法。方法:面制品溶液在IonPac AS19型阴离子柱上,采用ASRS-ULTRA II 4 mm阴离子抑制器,KOH梯度洗脱和DS6抑制电导检测器检测。结果:溴酸盐在5.0μg/L~200.0μg/L范围具有良好的线性,相关系数为0.9992,检出限为0.50μg/L,回收率分别为90.4%~96.6%,RSD小于5%,扩展不确定度为0.114 mg/kg(k=2)。结论:建立的方法可用于面制品中溴酸盐的测定,结果满意。
Objective: To establish an on-line ion chromatography method for the determination of trace bromate in noodle products. Method: The pasta solution was tested on an IonPac AS19 anion column using an ASRS-ULTRA II 4 mm anion suppressor, KOH gradient elution and a DS6 inhibition conductivity detector. Results: The bromate showed a good linearity in the range of 5.0μg / L ~ 200.0μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9992, a limit of detection of 0.50μg / L and a recovery of 90.4% ~ 96.6%, RSD less than 5% The extended uncertainty is 0.114 mg / kg (k = 2). Conclusion: The established method can be used for the determination of bromate in flour products with satisfactory results.
